Antony Catalano to push for Prime board seat if Seven deal falls over

High-profile media executive Antony Catalano will jostle for a seat on the Prime Media Group board should a landmark deal between the regional broadcaster and Kerry Stokes' Seven West Media fail to win support from shareholders. Seven's plans to combine with its regional affiliate Prime will be tested this week with the arrival of one of the regional group's biggest shareholders Bruce Gordon in Australia on Monday.
