Korean firms urged to focus on governance reforms

In an article published by The Korea Times, Christian Sealey (CEO, APAC of Morrow Sodali) comments on poor governance structures in Korea and the need to improve these to meet investor expectations.
The results of Morrow Sodali's 2020 Institutional Investor survey showed that a growing number of domestic firms have recently begun to embrace ESG principles, as institutional investors worldwide make that a top priority.
