A group of Italian managers, actively working in New York, designed the recent deal on the proxy services and governance advisory industry: Fabrizio Arengi Bentivoglio, heading Fidia Holding, Mauro Marin from MC Square and Alvise Recchi, CEO of Sodali are the Italians that worked on the Merge between Sodali and Morrow & Co., the operation that has given rise to one of the world's major players in the industry.
