Only 15% of Spanish assets managers endorse the new CNMV Code

In February 2023, the Code of good practice for institutional investors was approved by CNMV, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission. 

An article published by El Economista portrays the current landscape in Spain, following the approval of this manual which is voluntary and aims to increase the institutional investors' engagement. 

In this regard, it echoes the latest data provided in Morrow Sodali's Lighthouse report on shareholders' attendance in Ibex AGMs, including total quorum, free float and strategic shareholders.
