In an article published in the Spanish newspaper EL Confidencial – Borja Miranda, Head of M&A and Activism for Europe and Latin America, analyses the current market trends relating to ESG criteria, reputation issues and executive remunerations in listed companies in Spain.

Miranda says that "there is an increasing attention on the Board Members' reputation, a factor that will grow in the coming years. Company workforce, through salary incentives, should be aligned with ESG target, and should reflect the company culture relating to sustainability and CSR."
