Anthony is a Managing Director based in the London office. He will head the Shareholder Advisory practice in UK and Ireland, working closely with the firm’s top-ranked teams in the US and APAC.
Anthony was previously the head of Georgeson, the proxy solicitation firm, in the UK and Scandinavia. He is an expert in helping listed companies understand the motivations and voting intentions of institutional investors while ensuring management and boards engage with and win shareholder support in AGMs, M&A situations, or defending against activist demands.
