Chris is a Director in the Shareholder Advisory team based in Sydney. He has several years of experience supporting companies through complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, contentious activist campaigns and other corporate actions engagements. He also has a proven track record in advising clients with detailed shareholder analysis and intelligence, with experience spanning APAC and European markets.
Chris joined Sodali from FIRST Advisers, a specialist IR, Corporate Communications and Shareholder Analytics consultancy. There, he provided detailed analysis and capital markets advice to clients throughout APAC.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Economics & Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, alongside a Graduate Diploma in Education from the Australian Catholic University.
