Julie Rhee is a seasoned shareholder advisory and corporate governance specialist with more than a decade of experience across the Asia-Pacific market. She brings extensive hands-on expertise advising both corporate issuers and activist investors on a broad range of matters, including board nominations, executive remuneration, M&A transactions, restructurings and shareholder activism situations.

Julie began her career as a sell-side analyst before becoming a regional generalist at an APAC multi-strategy hedge fund. Her diverse background has provided her with deep expertise across corporate governance, ESG, investor relations and capital markets advisory.

In her role at Sodali & Co, Julie focuses on delivering integrated strategic solutions to clients across the region, supporting the firm’s broader strategic priorities and helping companies navigate increasingly complex stakeholder environments.
