Kelly joined Sodali & Co. in 2019 as the Managing Director of Business Development for Korea. In this role, she successfully established and led the firm’s first office in Asia, located in Seoul, Korea. Currently, she is a Senior Advisor supporting the APAC region, primarily focusing on Korea.
Kelly has 10 years of experience in corporate governance, providing advisory services to a wide range of institutional investors and public companies on matters such as shareholder meetings, governance strategies, stakeholder engagements, board practices, and company disclosures. Before joining Sodali & Co., Kelly was based in San Francisco, where she held key positions at Glass Lewis as a Proxy Analyst for Asia and a Market Lead for Korea before becoming a Governance Consultant at Aon. At Glass Lewis, Kelly conducted and provided proxy analysis and shareholder vote recommendations for over 900 publicly listed companies annually across major Asian markets.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and communications from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
