Beyond Reporting: Sodali & Co’s FY2026 Sustainability Report
Sustainability is changing the way organizations think about risk, governance, stakeholder relationships and long-term value. As a global stakeholder intelligence and advisory firm with 400+ people serving clients across 70 countries, our perspective on sustainability is shaped not only by our own experience, but by the complex issues we help organizations navigate every day.
We are proud to publish our first Sustainability Report, marking an important milestone in our sustainability journey and providing a transparent view of where we are today and where we are heading next.
From ambition to action
The report represents the work undertaken over the past two years to establish our sustainability program.
Our sustainability strategy, informed through stakeholder engagement and determined from the lens of what’s most meaningful to the business, is built around four priority areas:
- Employee Engagement
- Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- Data Security
- Business Ethics
We have established Board-approved sustainability goals for each of our priority areas.
Our Sustainability Goals
Setting our first sustainability goals marks an important milestone for Sodali & Co. They are intentionally foundational and a clear baseline we can build from. Each goal maps to one of our four priority topics, connecting our commitments directly to those issues. Our goals have been approved by our Board and shaped by our colleagues from across the business, reflecting a shared commitment to accountability at every level of the firm. Our near-term targets are set for delivery by FY27, and we are finalizing mid-term goals for 2030. Our goals also support our commitments to the United Nations Global Compact and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In developing our goals and disclosures, we have been guided by SASB, CDP, and EcoVadis – the standards our clients and investors increasingly expect.

We are also pleased to share results of our inaugural greenhouse gas emissions inventory covering Scope 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3 emissions. This work creates a baseline from which we can measure progress and strengthen our environmental performance over time.
Sustainability in practice
In this report, we also spotlight examples of work with South 32 and the Sustainable Markets Initiative demonstrating how sustainability considerations can influence shareholder engagement and long-term corporate strategy. Our multidisciplinary model allows us to connect sustainability expertise with shareholder intelligence and strategic communications, helping clients understand stakeholder expectations and translate them into effective strategies and action.
A foundation for what's next
Our first Sustainability Report establishes a baseline for greater transparency, stronger measurement and continued progress.
As expectations evolve, we believe connecting sustainability with strategy and governance will be increasingly important to building resilience and long-term value.
