China VAST Industrial Urban Development Company Limited (6166.HK), an investment holding company, plans, develops, and operates large-scale industrial town projects in the People’s Republic of China, was privatised by China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited, a platform enterprise under the city operation segment of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 company, by way of a scheme of arrangement for HKD 2.2 billion.
