€2.7 billion acquisition of Bally's International Interactive Business by Intralot

Sodali & Co acted as strategic communications adviser to both NYSE-listed Bally's Corporation and Athens-listed Intralot S.A. on the €2.7 billion acquisition of Bally's International Interactive Business by Intralot.
The deal, which completed on 9 October 2025, positions Intralot as a global iGaming and lottery leader with projected annual revenues of €1.1 billion and unlocks significant liquidity for Bally's. Intralot is also now one of the largest listed companies on the Athens Stock Exchange with Bally’s becoming its majority shareholder.
