NeoGames (NASDAQ: NGMS), a global leader of iLottery solutions and services to national and state-regulated lotteries, was acquired by Aristocrat (ASX: ALL), an Australian gambling machine manufacturer, which has its administrative and research headquarters in the Sydney suburb of North Ryde, for $1.2 billion.
