“Board remuneration, along with the board appointment process and board diversity, continues to generate controversy between the companies and investors,” comments Borja Miranda Johansson, Managing Director at Morrow Sodali during his interview in the Radio Capital, program “Mercado Abierto”.
“However social, environmental and corporate governance issues are increasingly hot topic of discussion during this first half of the year. The attention of the market keeps focused on climate change and requires a greater commitment for companies’ in terms of policies and strategies to adopt, in line with the current trends and international agreements," adds Miranda Johansson.
