The IR Society has released the Autumn 2022 issue of "Informed" magazine which contains a feature on the 'S' in ESG and the latest developments in digital IR.
The publication features an article by Morrow Sodali's Director of ESG Consulting, Catherine Douglas, which scrutinizes current ESG frameworks, questioning if they are best placed to tackle how we measure social impact and organizational culture. “The danger in too much linkage to ESG data for optics and bonuses, rather than deeper thinking about social impact as a strategic imperative, is that it could lead us back to questionable judgment and opaque ethics.”
