“Recently the transparency of severance packages increased, but minorities sometimes reject the compensation proposed for the management. Also the remuneration rules for banks are changing. In Italy, in particular, we can see a great level of disclosure on remuneration and severance of the management: good examples in Prysmian, Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicredit and Mps.” The Sodali Reasearch Team comments on severance and costs of the management.
