Francesco Surace from Morrow Sodali comments on Formiche Laurence D. Fink's letters to CEOs and chairmen, also looking at the differences between the messages delivered this year compared to those conveyed in 2016.
According to Surace, among the priorities of the asset manager, there is the will to reaffirm its indexed and long term investor role, with particular attention to the issues of corporate governance that may affect the long-term value of the companies in which it invests.
