Morrow Sodali Director Fabio Bianconi commented in Sole24Ore on the present AGM season in Italy, noting that 50% of listed companies has confirmed their Annual Shareholders’ Meetings.
“Institutional investors are paying particular attention to corporate governance and executive remunerations, as well as annual bonuses’ allocation to the top management, to ensure they are in line with actual business target and long-term business strategy and goals,” observed Bianconi.
