Italian listed companies focus on retail shareholders to stabilize control

"Retail shareholders tend to act differently from hedge funds, they are more inclined to buy rather than sell and more confident towards future earnings," commented Andrea Di Segni, Managing Director of Morrow Sodali, few days ago on Il Sole 24 Ore.
