"During the first semester of 2017, there has been a slight decrease in activism on the main European markets: going from 62 cases to 55," commented Francesco Surace on Formiche, talking about trends in activism in Europe. "Today, every company needs to carefully monitor its shareholder base, as recent cases demonstrate that no public company is immune to activists' pressure," he continued.
