Morrow Sodali, the world’s leading investor engagement and governance consulting firm, this week announced the appointment of Ying Ci as Senior Advisor, based in the Hong Kong office.
Ying joins Morrow Sodali following a successful period leading an Asset Management firm in Mainland China. Prior to this, Ying held the position of Managing Director at Computershare HK (Georgeson) for 13 years, where she was responsible for business development and client relationships with more than 800 HKSE listed companies, plus shareholder analysis and proxy solicitation mandates in Greater China.
Prior to joining Computershare HK, Ying was an Executive Director at JP Morgan, responsible for the bank’s ADR Division in Greater China, and spent time with BNY Mellon, servicing the firm’s Chinese clients listed in the US.
