MORROW SODALI APPOINTS HARRY VAN DYKE AS EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN

Morrow Sodali, the leading global consultancy providing comprehensive governance and shareholder-related services to corporate clients around the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry van Dyke as Executive Vice Chairman.  In his new role, Mr. van Dyke will chair the Global Executive Committee and will work with the company’s leadership team on the company’s strategy and growth.  Harry will also establish and lead a Strategic Advisory Board of independent senior executives who will provide guidance and strategic advice to the company.  In addition, he will focus on growing the company’s global M&A and Activism advisory business and on helping build the company’s overall profile.
