MORROW SODALI APPOINTS OLIVER PARRY AS CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DIRECTOR

 Oliver Parry has joined Morrow Sodali as Corporate Governance Director.  Oliver will provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on complex corporate governance issues, providing them with expert guidance.

Oliver brings more than ten years of experience in advising companies on strategic communications, corporate governance and company law. A specialist in financial services regulation, he has advised some of the UK’s largest financial institutions. He has served as head of corporate governance at the Institute of Directors, as well as secretary and advisor to the Global Network of Directors Institutes. Before joining Morrow Sodali, he was head of investor communications at FTSE 250 company, Paysafe Group.
