Morrow Sodali today announced that industry veteran Paul Schulman has joined the firm as Managing Director and Co-Head of its M&A and Activism Advisory Group. With more than 25 years of experience in the space, Paul joins Morrow Sodali from MacKenzie Partners, where he was Managing Director. Paul has developed a reputation as a leading advisor in friendly and contested M&A, privatizations, hostile takeovers, proxy contests, shareholder activism defense and complex corporate governance and compensation issues. At MacKenzie, Paul advised clients in many of the largest proxy fights, including Procter & Gamble/Trian and the contested Dell privatization transaction. Paul will work alongside Michael Verrechia, Managing Director and Co-Head of the M&A and Activism Advisory Group, to drive successful outcomes for Morrow Sodali’s clients.
