Proxy advisors increase requirements on climate, diversity and remuneration in 2023 in Brazil

"We have many foreign investors who are shareholders in publicly traded companies in Brazil. Therefore, we cannot avoid the requirements or expectations deriving from best international practices. Following a general trend started in 2021, some of these differences became very significant in relation to the Brazilian system," commented Agnés Blanco Querido, Managing Director – Brazil at Morrow Sodali, during her interview with AMEC Brasil.
