In response to new rules and governance trends in Brazil, Better Governance and Sodali announced today the formation of a partnership that will provide Brazilian companies with consulting and services in corporate governance, board evaluation, communications, shareholder transactions and total support to companies in Initial Public Offerings. The partnership, will be based in Sao Paulo, with support from offices in New York, London, Geneva, Rome and other global financial centers.
