As the 2019 General Meeting season has just ended, the Morrow Sodali governance consultancy invites companies to prepare now for those of 2020, through an ever-more extensive shareholder dialogue – a necessity as shareholders and even activists are becoming more and more active.
This widespread activism "demonstrates the will of both active and passive management, as well as bigger and smaller funds, to influence companies’ behavior,” commented Jean-Florent Rérolle, managing director at Morrow Sodali, in L’Agefi.
