Thirteen top-200 companies – and 16 top-300 companies – have suffered a strike on pay so far this AGM season with NRW Holdings and Harvey Norman suffering second strikes but avoiding a board spill.
More alarming for boards is that 30 top-300 directors have received a protest vote of over 20 per cent with two directors voted off a board for the first time in living memory.
