79th Governance Professionals ECPD Seminar

To support Hong Kong-listed companies in efficiently preparing and disclosing their 2024 annual audit and performance reports, enhancing the quality of reporting and disclosure, and providing directors and executives with updates on recent regulatory developments, HKICS Consulting (Beijing) Limited (思治) will host the 79th Governance Professionals ECPD Seminar from November 13–15, 2024, in Sanya, Hainan Province. The seminar, themed "Annual Audit and Performance Reporting," aims to advance governance practices and corporate development quality among listed companies. The event is supported by The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI).
