Sodali & Co is proud to participate in the presentation of the book "Board-Shareholder Dialogue: Policy Debate, Legal Constraints, and Best Practices" by Professors Luca Enriques of Oxford University and Giovanni Strampelli of Bocconi University, and published by Cambridge University Press.

This publication provides a comprehensive and rigorous analysis of the financial, managerial, policy, and legal issues arising from a key feature of today's corporate governance environment: the dialogue between shareholders and corporate boards. It combines theoretical analysis with practical insights into its various aspects.

The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Auditorium del Museo dell'Ara Pacis in Rome, and will feature market leaders, including  Oliver Hart from Harvard University and Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 2016, and Federico Freni from the Italian Ministry of Economics and Finance, and will delve into the dynamics of the dialogue between boards of directors and investors, promoting a constructive debate on the current challenges of Italian governance.
