On January 30, 2020, Morrow Sodali held an event alongside the British Institude of Corporate Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) focusing on "Investor expectations in the coming AGM season."
David Shammai, Cross Border Director of Corporate Governance, participated in the event's main discussion panel revolving around the the issues that are expected to occupy investors’ minds in the weeks and months ahead. These included executive remuneration, environmental and social governance (ESG), the impact of business activities on climate change, and questions around the quality of corporate reporting, among others.
