Italian Corporate Governance: the one-tier vs the “traditional” system

We're delighted to be joining NedCommunity, in collaboration with the Department of Business Economics at the University of Rome, for a seminar exploring: “Italian Corporate Governance: the one-tier vs. the 'traditional' system”.

This event is an opportunity to discuss a governance choice that has affected some of the most relevant Italian companies. It includes legal and operational profiles of the one-tier system, as well as presentations by various experts and professionals.

Andrea Di Segni, Senior Managing Director at Morrow Sodali will give opening remarks and Fabio Bianconi, Managing Director at Morrow Sodali, will present a survey on investor preferences and share insights on effective corporate governance at board level.

The seminar will take place on May 27th from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm CET at the University of Rome “Roma Tre,” Sala Lauree, Via Silvio D’Amico.
