The new Italian Market Authority's (Consob) Regulation on related-party transactions and remuneration policies

Morrow Sodali is glad to take part in a Web Seminar organized by Diritto Bancario, focusing on the Related party transactions and Remuneration policies within the new Italian Market Authority's (Consob) Regulation.

The debate is chaired by Paolo Montalenti, Professor of Commercial Law at University of Turin in the morning session and by Massimo Belcredi, Professor of Corporate Finance at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, in the afternoon.

The first part of the Seminar revolves around the new rules on the related party transactions in the context of the Shareholder Rights Directive II.

The afternoon agenda items are focused on the main changes regarding the transparency of remuneration and long-term remuneration policies in light of the EU Shareholder Rights Directive II. 

Fabio Bianconi, Morrow Sodali’s Senior Director along with Alessia Di Capua, Institutional Relations and Corporate Governance at Assogestioni, will present insights on the shareholder engagement activities relating to remuneration issues, in light of the recent regulatory and self-regulatory innovations.
