Morrow Sodali invites you to “The 2023 Proxy Season Review – Greece and Europe: What is next”, a panel event for Greek listed companies. This event is jointly organized with the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council and will take place on January 30th in Athens, Greece.

This event will present a 2.5-hour in-person panel discussion featuring two roundtables on the Greek AGM season, looking ahead to trends that may impact Greek issuers, and how the market compares to the rest of Europe. The two Roundtables will discuss:

Roundtable 1 – Discussing the 2023 Greek proxy season – will feature stakeholder representatives, including Glass Lewis and Sustainalytics, and their view on the 2023 Greek proxy season, how it compares to other markets and what comes next.

Roundtable 2 – Discussing the role of the Board in 2024 – will touch on the insights of Board members on effective board composition and functioning, how the growth of the Greek market affects Boards’ responsibilities and how Greek and international Boards compare.

The panel discussions will be followed by a networking session (3:30 – 5:30 pm). As the basis of these discussions, Morrow Sodali will also present some findings from our 2023 review on the Greek proxy season. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights into the Greek AGM season and its implications for the European market.
