Stewardship specialists from Vanguard Asset Management, one of the largest passive investors in the world, will discuss its approach to engagement with investee companies, proxy voting and specific policies and issues related to Japan.

The webinar will commence with a keynote address by Vanguard's Kate Jalbert, Investment Stewardship Director, and Julia Richards, Lead Investment Stewardship Analyst. This will be followed by a Q&A session, hosted by Jana Jevcakova, Head of ESG International at Morrow Sodali. This 60-minute webinar will provide a great opportunity for Japanese issuers to understand Vanguard, facilitate better communications and develop a long-term relationship.
