Webinar - Preview of the 2022 Korean AGM Season

You are invited to a webinar by Morrow Sodali, in partnership with Glass Lewis. On 15th December 2021 at 3pm, analysts from domestic and foreign voting advisory companies will gather to discuss what Korean listed companies should pay attention to ahead of the 2022 Annual General Meetings.

Joining the webinar will be representatives from Glass Lewis (who will provide the perspective of global institutional investors), the Korea Corporate Governance Service and Korea ESG Research Institute (formerly Daishin Governance Research Institute, who are well-versed in the domestic situation), and Morrow Sodali, which serves as a bridge between institutional investors and listed companies.

The webinar will be conducted in Korean, and English subtitles will be added to the recording post the event.
