The RBI intends to strengthen stakeholder rights in Switzerland with respect to holding companies responsible for their actions and behaviour along their value chain, which also includes their suppliers. In this webinar, together with our guest Dr. Markus Neuhaus, Vice-Chairman of Barry Callebaut, we will discuss the consequences for Swiss companies and their stakeholders and provide background on possible new regulation.
