Agnes has been overseeing the Brazilian operation of Sodali&Co. since 2018, having successfully grown the strategic advisory and shareholders services businesses as well as leading the growth of the local team to its unique market position as leading M&A and Activism advisory team in the region.
A seasoned investor relations, corporate affairs and ESG specialist, with 20+ years of experience in senior roles dealing with Boards, C-Suite, and investors across the globe, she has a deep understanding of global capital markets and extensive experience in corporate events, contested situations, equity and debt tender offers, having helped lead clients in several successful AGM campaigns and major deals.
Prior to joining Sodali, she headed the investor relations functions at IBRx-50 and FTSE 100 companies, as well as advising private equities in IPO processes. Her experience across different industries and geographies have helped her build a strong track record in managing complex reputational issues in multicultural environments, which have led her to successfully lead and execute strategic business initiatives in all the companies she has worked for.
