Alvise Recchi is the Founder and a Board Member of Sodali & Co.
He has over 20 years of track record in the global shareholder engagement and governance consulting business, providing strategic advisory services to corporates and other clients around the world.
Alvise served as Global CEO at the firm for 16 years. Prior to Sodali & Co, he was a Partner at GWM (Global Wealth Management), dealing with the management of a portfolio of investments in real estate, renewable energy, asset management and overall family office services. He was also previously the CEO and founding shareholder of Georgeson Europe from 1999 to 2005, until the company was bought by Computershare, with notable responsibilities for the development of the shareholder service business in Europe and Latin America.
Alvise started his career at Credit Suisse dealing with the management and the distribution of financial products. In 1994 moved to INA (Generali) for the privatization and listing, before moving to Telecom Italia for an investor relations and finance role.
He holds a degree in economics.
