Borja, based between London and Madrid leads client engagements in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. He is also the coordinator of M&A and Activism activities across Europe. With more than fifteen years’ experience at Sodali & Co, Borja provides not only strategic counsel on corporate events involving share/bondholder participation but also consulting experience on ESG-related matters. Borja has extensive experience providing advice and working on many successful AGM and EGM campaigns, major public deals, and successful defense and activism campaigns.
Prior to joining Sodali & Co, he was employed by the management consulting firm Accenture, where he led banking and back-office projects.
He is a frequent guest lecturer for business schools and specialized centers regarding investor relations, corporate governance and related matters.
