David is a highly experienced communications advisor who has worked with some of the world’s largest public and private companies over a career spanning nearly 40 years. He joins Sodali & Co with deep expertise in financial communications, equity capital markets and M&A, bringing sharp commercial instinct and a strong track record of winning and delivering complex mandates.

Previously a partner at Tulchan (2007–2021), later part of Teneo following its acquisition, David has advised across the support services, industrials, leisure, chemicals, investment trust and property sectors. He began his career in investment banking in 1988, focusing on pan-European equity research and achieving a No.1 ranking in business services while at Morgan Stanley.
