Senior Managing Director
David is a Senior Managing Director based in London.
Before Sodali & Co’s acquisition of Powerscourt, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Powerscourt and led on the financial, commercial and operational aspects of the business, with a broad remit to ensure the effective growth and performance of the firm. Under Sodali & Co, David will also help to build out a full-service advisory practice in Europe.
David began his career as a chartered accountant in EY’s corporate finance team, before moving to Close Brothers Corporate Finance (now DC Advisory) to advise on mergers and acquisitions in the consumer and industrials sectors.
David studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford.
