His extensive background includes serving as CPO at Morgan & Morgan, CHRO at high-tech global engineering firms Aricent and Altran, and CPO at Capgemini. Throughout his career, George has demonstrated a distinguished track record of shaping talent strategies to drive business outcomes, focusing on delivering global initiatives to attract and retain talent and create a best-in-class work culture.
George joined Sodali & Co in 2024 and is based in New York City.
