Greg
Reppucci

Greg Reppucci has been a member of Sodali & Co’s Corporate Governance consulting group since 2019 and supports clients in navigating various shareholder expectations on governance and sustainability issues.  Specifically, he provides strategic guidance in developing disclosure and engagement strategies on emerging, prominent, and material governance and sustainability topics to help maintain board credibility and mitigate company risk.  He also keeps clients appraised of market practices and overall investor sentiment throughout the year. 

Through working with clients across various industries, Greg has a strong understanding of shareholders’ engagement and voting expectations, including on shareholder proposals, and frequently advises clients on the proposal landscape, areas of potential scrutiny, and response strategies.

Prior to Sodali & Co., Greg was a member of PepsiCo’s Sustainability Office.  He was also involved in climate- and agriculture-related research at Columbia University’s Center for Climate Systems Research.   

Greg holds an M.A. from Columbia University’s Climate School and a B.S. from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.  He is an IFRS (formerly SASB) FSA credential holder.
