Jason joined Sodali & Co in October 2023 as the Head of Analytics International.
Jason is an industry veteran of over 20 years and was most recently a Director at both Orient Capital and D.F. King. He previously held analytical and managerial roles at Georgeson, CapitalBridge (now S&P Global) and Capita IR Services and other senior roles at Orient Capital and D.F. King.
He has extensive shareholder analysis experience, with a specialist focus on share register analysis and SRD II, shareholder targeting and cross-border proxy solicitation.
He is a member of the IR Society and was an active member of the UK Shareholder Voting Working Group and has participated and contributed to the UK Secondary Market Capital Raising Review as well as the ESMA Call for Evidence on the Implementation of SRD II provisions.
Jason is bilingual English/French and holds a BA (Hons) in French with Management from King’s College, London.
