Jerry has managed a wide variety of corporate issuers around the globe, ranging from micro-cap firms to Fortune 100 companies. Jerry works closely with clients throughout the year on engaging their shareholder base and has contributed to many successful shareholder votes. In addition, he has experience working with M&A, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPAC), tender offers, and shareholder activism.
