Kelly joined Sodali & Co in 2019 as a Managing Director of Business Development for Korea. In this role, she successfully started and led the firm’s first office in Asia. Currently she is a Senior Advisor, supporting the APAC region with a primary focus on Korea.
Kelly has a strong background in corporate governance during her tenure at Glass Lewis and Aon in San Francisco. Throughout her career, she has covered a diverse range of listed companies across major Asian markets, where she advised institutional investors and public companies on their governance strategies, stakeholder engagements, and shareholder meetings.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and communications from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
