Managing Director, Chief of Staff
Lauren Palumbo serves as the Chief of Staff, partnering with CEO Andrew Benett and other members of the Executive Leadership Team to drive key initiatives forward.
Lauren joined Sodali & Co as Senior Director, Operations in August 2023 through the acquisition of HXE Partners. As Senior Director, she led business operations for the Sustainability practice. In Lauren's prior role as Chief Operating Officer at HXE Partners, she leaned on her background in strategic planning, organizational growth, systems implementation, and team and culture development.
She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at New England’s largest food recovery organization, where she oversaw scaling the organization’s operations and team. Lauren has also worked in operations, marketing, and management roles across the socially responsible investing, business advisory, and hospitality sectors.
Lauren holds a B.S. from Northeastern University in Graphic Design and Business Administration. She was previously recognized as one of the Boston Business Journal’s ’40 Under 40′.
