Matthew leads Sodali & Co’s Investor Relations practice in Sydney. He has more than 20 years of agency and in-house corporate communications experience in Australia, the UK and South Africa, running holistic investor relations programs for public companies spanning a range of sectors.
He has also advised on several corporate transactions including IPOs, capital raisings and M&A. Before emigrating to Australia, Matthew worked for FTSE 100 financial services company Old Mutual plc and was a partner of international corporate communications firm Instinctif.
