Nadia joined Sodali & Co as Chief People Officer in December 2025. She is an accomplished people leader recognized for driving culture, inclusivity, and performance, and brings deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle.
Nadia is recognized for her strategic thought leadership, partnering with business leaders and client-facing professionals to translate complex challenges into actionable people strategies that drive performance and manage risk. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Forensic Risk Alliance, following nearly 20 years at AlixPartners in New York, where she led Americas People Planning and Operations, Global Strategic Staffing, and other key People roles.
Before pivoting her career to HR, Nadia was a consultant in AlixPartners’ Risk Advisory practice, focusing on forensic accounting and corporate investigations. She started her career as an auditor with PwC.
Nadia is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
